”Great big clean room. Very good bed. Restaurants near the hotel were surprisingly good! (Thai and Breakfast) Close to the harbor where we saw sea otters and other animals. ”

”We stayed at this hotel the night before in one of their villas and had planned a special Mother’s Day lunch and birthday celebration for our mom at the hotel’s restaurant. I made the reservation THREE WEEKS in advance, and nothing was explained to me over the phone about any issues or limitations. Unfortunately, there was a major mistake with our reservation, but what was even worse was the behavior of the restaurant manager. Instead of trying to help or find a solution so our family...

”Love the pool and jacuzzi and well-kept grounds. Kids love the koi pond too. Food is good...some servers better than others. We stay here every year and love how close it is to everything- shopping, grocery, hiking, beach, playgrounds and more. The main gripe this time was the loud people on both sides of us! ”

”I like the facility and room clean. Staffs are nice. Breakfast is good. Parking is convenient. The only issue is that the room has no closet or hangers in the room. Clothes have to be hung on hooks attached to the wall. It's not only looks messy, but not convenient for hanging up and airing out formal clothes from a suitcase to remove wrinkles.”

”I've stayed here many times. I come back because the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's also a great location for my needs. The one improvement they could make would be the breakfast. It's included so it's not a big deal, but a little effort to expand the options would make a difference for people who are staying there on business for a week or longer.”

”Very good Best Western property. Good location, we had 3 adults the king room with pullout coach. The pull out was the most comfortable we have experienced in a long time. Price was great for the area. I recommend it.”

”We decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. There was only one person serving. The tables were not clean, and it took a long time to be served. We understood she was busy, but we did not feel well taken care of. The drain I. The bathroom sink was plugged. The cover of the drain in the bathtub was not placed correctly and just sitting on top, and the water was not drained correctly. Under the cover was not cleaned and gooey inside.
