Rantahuoneisto, josta on upeat näkymät

Esteetön näkymä valtameren aalloille vie hengityksen heti, kun kävelet etuoven läpi. Katsokaamme, se on mitä täällä olet, joten laita pussisi alas ja ota se hetkeksi olohuoneesta tai parvekkeelta. Pidä silmällä auki satunnaisia havaintoja, jotka tekevät saukon ajautumasta, surffausta ajavia delfiinejä ja ehkä jopa valaita! Makuuhuoneessa on yhteinen merinäköala, josta pääsee parvekkeelle, ja siinä on Kalifornian king-size-vuode, jossa on hanhen untuvapatja ja päällinen. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta hanhi untuvilla.

Ota lyhyen ajomatkan päässä ruokaillaksesi Aptosissa, Capitolassa tai Moss Landingissa, tai grillaa omia herkkujasi BBQ: lla. Nauti viihtyisästä illasta puulämmitteisen takan vieressä, tartu suosikkielokuvasi kaapeli- ja / tai Blu Ray DVD -soittimeen kiinnitetyssä taulutelevisiossa, nauraa runsaasta pelikokoelmasta ja pysy yhteydessä ilmaiseen Wi-Fi-verkkoon .

Pajaro Dunes Resort sijaitsee noin 20 mailia etelään Santa Cruzista ja 30 mailia pohjoiseen Montereystä. Sijaitsee Sunset State Beachillä, ja voit nauttia pitkiä kävelyretkiä Manresan osavaltion rannalle ja sen ulkopuolelle. Little piece of Heaven

Loved the location and view of this property. We had rented this condo a couple of years ago for a family reunion with family from Missouri. So when family from Texas wanted to do a reunion, we decided to rent the same spot. You could literally watch the sunset from the living room if you wanted to- but we preferred to experience it from the beach. Our family was amazed when they walked in and saw the view from the living room window. The unit was well furnished and we felt right at home for our stay. We prefer to do most meals at the condo- but did also experience some of the local restaurants during our stay- as well, which were wonderful, as well.

Breath taking views, well decorated.

I think this home should be advertised for couples. The primary bedroom is the only one worth the price. The back bedroom was terrible. The beds were very uncomfortable, can’t see or hear the ocean and the mattresses were covered in plastic. Maybe ok for kids.

Brought the family to Sally’s place. Couldn’t have been a better trip. Great condo, steps from the beach. Very comfy for the five of us. Great 1st trip! We will be back.

A great place for a relaxing family vacation. The unit was clean, well maintained and had amenities and a great view. The owners kept a lot of beach supplies on hand making it easy to maximize our time at the beach. They had a great supply of dishware and other kitchen supplies making it easy to eat at home.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. This condo is a beautiful and inviting space. It's very comfortable with thoughtful accommodations. The views and sunsets were beautiful. Sally is awesome! Great location, needs some attention in the condo

It was overall fine. I gave it 4 stars because: The cleaners used far too much bleach in the master bedroom shower, it was to strong - we tried airing out the room but it didn't really remove the smell. We kept the bathroom door shut, but going in there was horrible. The quilt/cover was blood stained at the top end. We stayed 2 nights and wanted to take walks and cook, relax there in the evenings, not drive out to eat. The kitchen was adequate but not great - basics like a grater, more glasses (It seemed many had been broken and not replaced), an adequate chopping knife would be good. It just seemed that more attention could be made to looking over things. It's not a cheap rental and some aspects let the place down. But the view is wonderful. Living room good. Short walk to the beach through the complex. The location is stellar. We enjoyed it despite above comments for a 2 night stay. On the way out we ate in Watsonville at an excellent Mexican restaurant, Jalisco - highly recommend it.

Fantastic Location, Great Unit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. It is exactly as you see it in the pictures, but better—it is really a very short walk to the beach. You can watch the exquisite sunsets from the beach, the living room, or the balcony. The unit is very clean and well stocked with necessities. I found it easy to communicate with the owner, who is very pleasant. We did not want to leave!

Seeing our family.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Very well stocked. The furnishings were very adequate. The beach was the best part of the experience. Very private and clean. We saw dolphins everyday, we saw whales on two separate occasions and a seal wandered by occasionally. All on this beach! Sally was easy to work with and very responsive. Whale Watching from the Living Room

The view from the living room is spectacular. We were able to see whales, otters, dolphins, and seals. Our walks on the beach were wonderful with very easy access. Our only disappointment was that there is no wifi even though it is listed has having secured access. We did need to conduct a little bit of business but could not due to this problem. Our host said she would look into it, but we never heard back from her and the problem was not resolved. We still had a fabulous time. This area is beautiful!
