”The hotel was super clean, friendly guy at front counter to check in. Room was clean and smelled nice, not like normal low priced hotels. Parking lot was not great, but they only have so much space so not a big deal as it wasn't busy. Hotel was quiet and area was quiet overnight. We only spent one night just barely long enough to sleep, but were impressed with the place. We would stay again..”

”I stayed at Kings Inn for a month while visiting family and friends. The owners and staff are great. Check in was easy. All the rooms are walk out with drive up parking at your door. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is well maintained. Close to all amenities in town. I highly recommend this property to fellow travelers based on friendly staff, cleanliness, location and price. The Kings Inn is my new "must stay" when in Midland, Ontario.”

”I received the access and Wi-Fi codes ahead of check-in, which made arrival super easy. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh, and it was nice and warm when we entered. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that they had a full cable channel package — great for relaxing after a long day. I also felt safe knowing there were security cameras outside each room. The location is just outside Orillia, so you’ll need to drive about 8–10 minutes into town for dining or groceries,...
