”The listing picture wasn't even close. Front yard was part of marina with boat trailers and cars. House was filthy and in disrepair. Bedroom mattress was wrapped in moving plastic. It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. Not much furniture and furniture that was there was curb pick up quality. Dishes and appliances were dirty. TV in bedroom was on the floor in the closet. ...

”We loved our stay at this beautiful MCM home. There are so many unique details at this property. If you like architecture, you can't find a better place. The kitchen is unique and has everything you could need to cook and entertain. Views from the huge windows and the flow of the place made us not want to leave. From early check-in to making adjustments due to severe weather, the host was responsive and helpful. A book on the architect and the house was a nice touch. I feel lucky that we found...

”It was clear that house was owned by a private equity firm and it was handled like a business. We had a multi month stay and only asked once for it to be cleaned once, and they charged us for the cleaning. Meanwhile, they would’ve paid for five or six cleanings themselves between normal stay guests.They did a good job renovating the house they bought though.”

”This is our 2nd time renting this property. The location is in close proximity to family n friends and in a quiet & safe neighborhood. The house is very clean and is stocked with basic essentials. The host is easy to reach and responds promptly. ”

”Rented this property for my sons navy graduation, Base was only 6 minutes from the home. Tons of places to eat and shop no more then 15 minutes away. The house was super cute, very clean. we flew in at 10am and without even having to ask the host reached out and let us know it was ready for check in a few hours early which was great. left some packaged up congrats grad decor that hopefully didnt get thrown out and the next navy fam can use. ”

First off, we were not given the door entry code for arrival which caused us to wait outside until response from the owner. Games in the house were incomplete and in poor condition to include the pool table and foosball table. Floor in the pool table room was very uneven and bubbling, which caused it to crack.
