Including 1 king, 2 queen, and 1 twin bed, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or friends looking for a fantastic getaway. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and heat, along with 1 bathroom has a tub and shower, master bath has a shower only. The house has separate family room & living room. The living room offers an additional sleeping space with a comfy sofa bed. Enjoy your time in Wausaukee at our welcoming cottage. We have lake access to Lake Noguebay with a 2 minute walk to our sandy swimming beach with a 75 foot pier, (NO CARS ARE ALLOWED TO DRIVE ON THE LAKE ACCESS, ALSO NO BOAT OR PONTOON IS AVAILABLE WITH THE RENTAL.) IF you choose to rent a boat or bring your own boat there is a launch near by. The map show 12 minutes to the beachi, it’s a 2 minute walk to the pier & water. The cottage is 1 hour north of Green Bay, if you are interested in renting for the packer games. The lake has Crivitz Ski Cats Water ski show every Saturday night in the summer. New vinyl plank floors. We have a fire pit, wood, black stone grill, grilling tools, dishwasher and soap, coffee filters. air fryer, waffle maker, garbage bags, spices, storage containers, lots board games. The maps show 12 minutes to lake, it’s not correct. THINGS TO BRING: foil, plastic food bags, beach towels, coffee paper plates if you eat outside, Run the dishwasher a couple hours before you leave. Please put sheets on the washer, hang wet towels over the shower curtain & towel racks. Unplug, coffee maker, toaster and air fryer. Turn off air conditioning or heat, Turn off all lights.
