”We were quite pleased overall with this home and really enjoyed it as the base for our stay on St. Simon’s Island! The location is excellent- we found plenty of enjoyable ways to pass the days. All worked well for us at the house… the grill was almost rusted through and ready to be replaced, but we were still able to use it. Kyle was wonderful to work with!”

”Absolutely PERFECT home where a group of adult siblings could act like kids again! The home is beautifully decorated and very welcoming! Probably the best stocked rental I have experienced! Including the outside with several sitting areas, gas grill for cooking, outdoor TV, beautiful pool, and great outdoor dining! Quiet and private location. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property for a much needed siblings getaway! We will definitely be back for more fun!”

”Perfect location for our home base while we explored the St. Simon Island area. The house was spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. Nice sized living room and kitchen that we appreciated in the evenings. The host was very quick to respond both before and during our trip. Very nice area with so much to do - we will be back! ”

”My husband and I were in town for a wedding, and this home was in the perfect location. We brought our dog along, and he loved the wonderful fenced yard where he could play safely. The house itself was super cute and ideally situated for sightseeing, dining, and easy beach access.”

”Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. A/c worked amazing as well Only a few cons master bathroom shower takes...
