Nestled in the dunes on Bold Dune Drive, you'll find this beautiful little beach cottage just waiting to provide you with lasting memories of the Outer Banks.

All on one level, this bright and cheery home features a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Grown-ups can have the queen primary bedroom while the kids crash in the bedroom with two sets of bunks. The third bedroom has two single beds for any other family members or friends.

Gather on the spacious, oceanfront deck or climb a little higher to the observation deck, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is just a short walk over the dunes.

Big Break is the Outer Banks in its true form - simple, serene, sun, sand, and surf.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
