”Hotel is under construction so most of the stairwells and elevators are closed resulting in a very long walk to our room. The one working elevator got stuck twice during our stay which was unpleasant and stressful. The hotel doesn’t begin serving breakfast or their complimentary coffee until 7am, which was after we needed to leave for our event. They do have coffee pods and powdered non-dairy creamer in the room though. The staff were pleasant during check in.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. We stayed in a Lushna Petite. It was just right for the 2 of us. Love the simple elegance and comfort. No screens and basic amenities that were well done, like the single serve pour over coffee and small fridge. Very clean. One thing to note is that the curtain on the large window was perhaps a tad bit small, there were cracks that if someone was creepy, they could peek inside. But we loved all the natural light and overall coziness of the room....

”The place was a zoo. Kids fighting and screaming in the pool to a point of being unsafe. Staff said there was nothing they could do. Room smelled like cigarettes.”

”I don’t think it was an exceptional stay like a lot of the other reviews stated. The heater is so loud when it comes on and it comes on a lot to maintain the 69-70 degrees we wanted. There were cob webs in the ceiling light and off the bathroom door. In front of our entrance door there was a big hairball and it could have used some sweeping. Would we stay there again probably not.”
