”My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager had an extremely nasty attitude and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help resolve concerns, we were treated with disrespect. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable and concerning. There was also a constant burning smell every time we stepped into the elevator, which felt unsafe and...

”The check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and well equipped. TV worked fine and channel selection was good. The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map. The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!”

”Fairly quiet hotel when we were there, fridge in room, free/ample parking and a supermarket and pizza place in the parking area which is nice to have. Breakfast was ok and an outdoor area to sit also. Where we had trouble was this - at 8am, with a Do Not Disturb Sign on our door, there was knocking on the door and then a hand was slipping something in to try and unlock the door. ”Clean, modern, good location and very courteous front desk staff. However, we had a very early morning departure scheduled and when we went downstairs at 6 the breakfast was not out and it still wasn’t out when we had to leave at 6:30.”

”Upon arrival the front desk was helpful and informative. The lobby had many quick foods, drinks and amenities for sell. The room was extremely clean and had all types of amenities. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again.”

”The web sight said pet friendly. It didn’t say anything about a fee for the dog. When I got there to check in. They told me I would have to pay $75. Extra For my little 8 pound dog to stay there.. I had no choice but to pay it. I was traveling from out of town. Then they charged me an extra fee to park my car in their parking lot over night. While I was a guest there. ”
