”Room was clean and staff very helpful. Stayed the night before leaving from the airport. They do have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport which was utilized.”

”So first off, I don't expect a penthouse for their pet friendly rooms. However, I do expect a clean room, and one that isn't beat to crap.
The floors were still incredibly dirty, toilet seat was off the hinges, lamp was busted, bathroom fan was falling out, no emergency info on back of door, the ironing board looked like something caught fire on it.... and the breakfast? Would you prefer toast, bagels or waffles?
And that was for my first pass through.
My 2nd pass they didn't have any clean pet...
