”We chose this for our annual family Thanksgiving get together … a wonderful choice for three families with kids - lots of space, a well stocked kitchen, and so much overall charm and warmth. Very close to the fly fishing spots, breweries and restaurants. We accidentally locked ourselves out one time and the matter was quickly resolved - thank you! Would definitely recommend this beautiful home to families looking to visit Waynesboro.”

”we did not end up staying in this house. The owner first texted and said the bed arrangement was different than what was advertised. I accepted the change then about 2 hours before our planned arrival the owner text me and asks me to call him so I did. He tells me there is a terrible smell in one of the bedrooms that he could not find the source of but assumed it was a dead rodent. ”The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. ”I’ve stayed in a lot of great VRBOs, but this is the most spotless house I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and perfectly appointed and orderly. Beautiful view and private, but right off of Rte 29. Only 30 minutes from Charlottesville with many wineries and great places to eat in between. Jamie was responsive and flexible. Great getaway with girlfriends!”

”The stay was amazing. For being on a farm, the place is virtually spotless. Very clean. Super easy check in. The easiest check in ever. Lisa is a great host and you reallt feel welcomed. She knows a ton about each horse as well. The house was cool. You could easily communicate with each other anywhere in the house with a light yell but yet had enough space to relax. ”While at our stay our electricity went out and we contacted Jamie who immediately responded telling us that it was a neighborhood problem and gave us a time frame to expect the outage to last, hoping we would get the electricity restored sooner than later.
