”Location was great! Apartment was clean and spacious. It was decorated in a boho chic style which was really cute. The beds were comfy and had tons of pillows. There were window unit ACs in each bedroom and the living room which kept the place nice and cool. We were within walking distance to restaurants and driving distance to WVU which was our purpose for traveling this trip. (You are within walking distance to WVU as well, just not the Coliseum which was where we were headed. It was just a 5...

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ? The sweet was cute and quaint. The grounds were saturated and it was raining during our stay so it was difficult to park into the gravel and walk across that grass over to the suite with our luggage and checking in and taking her things of all them stairs. We found no utensils and had nothing to stir our coffee with and we did not have any washcloths. The queen sweet bed was very comfortable. ”Great house with all the amenities! Beds were super comfy, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and lots of room to space out. Highly recommend!”

”Had an awesome stay convenient location and walking to pubs and stores.”

”Well appointed townhome for short or extended stays with ample space.”

”Great location for a group going to a WVU game. Lots of room and close to high street. Owner was easy to work with and made checkin/out easy.”

”Great accommodations.”

”The house is as advertised… old, creaky, and crooked. It was warm and comfortable. My only complaint is the kitchen. There were very few pots and pans, only 3 forks & 3 spoons in the utensils drawer, and just not thoughtfully stocked. We messaged the owner because the faucet was extremely loose, and we got a quick reply that he would have someone look at later. It is definitely in need of some TLC. The downstairs apartment is cozy and quaint. A great little space. ”

”Very clean, many amenities, great view, great location, quick responses, spacious….”

”Property met our needs for the purpose. The kitchen could have used a few more supplies but we did appreciate the quantity of towels and linens. Host was responsive to our questions.”

”There was no hot water in the kitchen. There was no handle on the shower/bath fixture in master bedroom! How was this unit in the rental pool. I did not mention the little brown bugs all over. all over.”

”We chose this property because of its location. It was a good price for our large group. The properties are definitely old and run down and need to be updated but the location is fabulous.”
