  • Escape to this professionally designed cabin with amazing long-range views! This spacious three-level house has a bedroom and full bath on each floor. Spanning 2,558 sqft of interior space plus two furnished decks and a covered patio with a hot tub. It’s an ideal peaceful mountain retreat for your family or small group. Enjoy the modern design, indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen - all just a short drive from charming downtown Waynesville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Smoky Mountains.

    This inviting mountain home offers plenty of room to spread out and relax. Here are some things you`ll love about the space...

    - Open main living area with big views and natural light
    - Covered deck off the kitchen/dining area with a large TV
    - Cozy gas log indoor/outdoor fireplace between the great room and covered deck
    - Stylish mid-century luxury furnishings with ample seating
    - A fully equipped kitchen with complete cookware, dishware, and utensils
    - Each bedroom has its own floor
    - Primary bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and soaking tub
    - Second bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom
    - Third bedroom with queen bed and a private full bathroom
    - Lower covered patio with a hot tub, swinging sofa, fire pit, and games

    We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:

    NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.

    QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.

    MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.

    LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.

    GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.

    NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.

    NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are discovered at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If the pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.

    GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.

    CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.

    Please help us understand your intent to follow these House Rules by stating, `I`ve read the House Rules` when making a booking inquiry or completing your reservation. These rules are in full force and effect whether you respond in this manner or not. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

The home itself is beautiful, exceptionally well-kept, and has wonderful views in a great location. We genuinely appreciated the property and would have loved to have a positive stay.Unfortunately, our entire three-day stay was significantly affected by having no running water in the house. We could not shower, use the toilets normally, or wash dishes without purchasing bottled water and manually adding water to the toilet tanks. We reported the issue immediately upon arrival and remained in contact with the property manager throughout our stay.We were repeatedly asked to be patient while the management team coordinated with maintenance. We cooperated and waited, hoping the issue would be resolved, but the water was never restored before we checked out. We also discovered dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and a washer full of towels and dish towels from the previous guests, indicating that some cleaning tasks had been missed.We asked what our options would be if the issue could not be resolved, but in the written communications available to me, I have no record of receiving a specific offer to leave the property or of the terms of such an offer. Had such an offer been communicated, I would expect it to be reflected in our correspondenceI hope the owners and management team address their maintenance response procedures and cleaning checks so future guests do not experience the same problems. The home has wonderful potential, but our experience fell well short.
