Bella Sol Villa + Cowboy Pool!

Welcome to our elegant Weatherford home located just two blocks from main street and 1 mile from the Weatherford square. Whether you are stopping in for a quick stay, enjoying the weekend with your friends, or needing a place to rest for a few months, we would love to provide you with the Weatherford experience that everyone talks about! Come take a dip in the pool and enjoy the community that everyone loves.

Our home is fully furnished with everything that you will need during your stay. Each bedroom is equipped with fresh and clean linens for each bed on top of a comfortable mattress that is accessible for all. We recommend only two people stay per room. The living room is functionable for small and large families as we provide an 8 person sectional for your group to sit around and enjoy game and movie night! The kitchen and dining room have everything that you will need for the duration of your stay, as property hosts we will make sure that you are supplied and equipped to match all of your needs. In the back of the house we provide a washer and dryer for your use. Last but certainly not least is our cowboy pool that is open for use during your stay. We actively clean the water, change the filters, and make sure that the water is ready for you and your group.
Guest access
We will send you a digital access code one hour prior to your arrival that you can use on the front door. If there are any issues, please reach out to us and we will assist you as needed.
Other things to note
Guest and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

Quiet time after 10:00 p.m.

No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin before you leave. All trash must be in bags, NO LOOSE TRASH or you will be fined $100.

Keep a close eye on your kids, the house is located close to a busy road and has a pool in the backyard. The host and property owners are NOT LIABLE for damages or any other bodily injury.

Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning and any electronics when you leave the house. Do not forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages up to $1,000 must be paid by guests and will be reported to VRBO.

Please clean all dishes and place them in the correct spot before checkout.

Please strip only sheets, pillow cases, and towels. Thank you.

Pets are allowed with approval ($100 fee per dog): Must be potty trained, have a crate, and be put up when you are out of the house.
