From the very first step, the Magical Treehouse is a wonderful adventure. Guests enter the treehouse onto the wrap-around 11-foot-high deck. This deck is a true entertainment space on its own, with plenty of seating for everyone! Each night, guests can fully unwind under the stars and listen to the sounds of nature all around them. And don’t the forget to bring all you need for s’mores at the fire pit!

The Magical Treehouse is an EXPERIENCE, and it provides easy access to all the activities on the 350-acre Fuller’s Folly River Ranch. This is the place to be for those who can’t wait to kayak, paddle board or tube the river, throw axes, hike trails and more! Fuller’s Folly has a rock painting station, a petrified wood laboratory, barnyard animals you can pet and feed (including farm fresh eggs to take) and the only Fairy Forest in Parker County!

Inside, the wondrous experience continues with beautiful natural details throughout! Guests will enjoy all the whimsical touches throughout. (It’s Magical, remember?) A spacious floor plan gives guests more time to enjoy the nature that comes through the large picturesque windows, so even a rainy day is not wasted! 
 
The full kitchen provides every amenity needed to prepare meals for the whole family. With a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, coffee bar (coffee provided), desk and a stackable washer and dryer, guests will forget they are 11 feet above the ground! There is also plenty of indoor seating in the living room, with a beautiful view of the deck thanks to large picturesque windows.
 
The treehouse has three full bedrooms. Guests may need to flip a coin to decide who gets to sleep where. On the first level, the bedroom provides a king-sized bed, luxurious linens, cozy quilts and two nightstands. Upstairs has two bedrooms, one with an amazing tree branch queen-sized bed, fresh linens, quilts and a hanging nightstand. The hot air balloon twin bunk room sleeps four and is made especially for kids (or kids at heart!) and features an additional play area - ideal for building forts! The large spa like bathroom downstairs features a large vanity, rainfall shower and provided linens. The upstairs bathroom features a relaxing tub, where guests can wash away a day of adventure and prepare for the next!
