”Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. ”

”I did not end up staying because I did not feel that the hotel cleanliness match the pictures online. The hotel was quite a bit older looking than the picture showed online. It seemed relatively clean but a lot of the furniture, etc. was very worn. When I mentioned to the front desk staff that I didn’t want to stay she was upset I really wouldn’t talk to me anymore. ”

”I was a bit concerned at first because the room wasn’t well swept and there was dust/debris around the floor edges. I did a bedbug check before unpacking…But I have to say the bed was SO comfortable!! Overall it was an ok stay - definitely some sketchy people in the lobby when I arrived but not necessarily the hotels fault ”

”Beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was helpful and wonderful. Breakfast was excellent.
Had to pay $15 per day to park in the garage under the hotel. There were limited spots, so friends in our group had to park in a garage 3 blocks away in the “overflow” parking.
Also we did not realize that this hotel is literally in downtown Iowa City right next to the campus, bars, etc. There were some loud young people staying in our hotel. If you are looking for that scene it is the perfect location. ”
