”Room was very clean. It was off season so we were not in the main hotel. We were put in the Coveside. No view of the ocean at all. No instructions for the coffee pot, Nespresso, ended up with water all over the counter. Vague instruction for the TV, couldn't get live sports games.”

What no one will tell you, including their website, is you may be the only guest, and there are no other actual humans on site with you, just a phone number.
