”Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room.”

”My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. There was no way to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The room phone was also...

”At the time of my stay they were still remodeling. They have always been clean and staff very respectful and helpful. I am 100% certain when the remodel is finished they will be the best stay in Augusta. Love the view from the patio.”

(this is why I always come to this particular one when I'm in town)!!!!!!”

”The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again.”

”Staff walked in my room before checking out. Knobs on sink don't work and pop off when used. Knob on door broken and door would not close. Tub feels like is going to collapse in the middle and entire bathroom needs to be renovated. Walls looked dirty with old dirt caked on and crayon marks. The only plus was the quiet floor with the lack of guests checking in and most people are workers coming in/out.”
