”We stayed here to go to the It’s a wonderful life” festival in Seneca Falls. The hotel was convenient and clean and very pleasant. They accommodated all our needs and Lisa who kept in constant communication was fabulous with our customer service. The other girl at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend it”

”Clean spacious room. Courteous staff, especially front desk and the Breakfast Room ladies. Two weeks ago when we stayed we expressed our concern about the low toilets as my wife has had a knee replacement and is waiting to get her other Knee done. Anyways the lady on the desk changed our reservation on the 12th to an accessible room which was great. The room was on the first floor which was a plus as my wife has a fear of heights and on our last stay we were on the top floor with the glass wall...

”Springside was the perfect place for our stay. Sean and Beth are such amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home. It felt like staying at a friend’s house. The room was awesome with a jacuzzi and small kitchenette. Great location between three cool towns of Aurora, Auburn, and Skaneateles. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area or surrounding towns. ”

”Everything about our stay was excellent. The lobby, hallways and room were very clean. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Vouchers were given for 2 complimentary drinks at happy hour. Free breakfast. There’s a covered walkway to Destiny USA but you have to walk outside for a short walk to get to the walkway. Compared to our stay 2 years ago there is a new $16/stay parking charge. But overall I really recommend this hotel if you’re specifically going to the mall.”

We always make sure to hang out in the Great Room which is provided for guests with a kitchen area, coffee, machine, refrigerator, a large table for hanging with friends, and a sitting area in front of the fireplace.
