Hilltop Hideaway is a warm and peaceful retreat overlooking Lake Weir, offering 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office pull-out, and sleeping for 8. Enjoy the screened pool, fire pit, and spacious decks perfect for slow mornings and easy evenings. We’re delighted to welcome approved small events—micro-weddings, birthdays, showers, retirement parties, and sweet family celebrations of up to 30 guests.

Guests have full access to the home, pool, multi-deck outdoor living spaces, fire pit, and driveway parking . Self-check-in instructions are provided before arrival.

Up to 2 dogs allowed (first dog $125, second $75)

Pool heating available for $200 fee

Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool

Home includes a generator for peace of mind during power outages

Approved small events allowed (birthdays, showers, micro-weddings, retirement parties, family gatherings)
Events up to 30 guests permitted with a $150 event hosting fee
Events over 30 guests may be approved with an additional $200 fee
For approved events, the cleaning fee will be increased by $150
Event liability insurance required for all gatherings. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM – 7 AM.
We are located on the quiet side of the lake with close neighboring homes. Excessive noise, loud music, parties, or disturbances during quiet hours are not permitted. Neighbors may contact local law enforcement if noise complaints occur.
