”The hotel staff were really good. Breakfast was great and the dinner at restaurant was just perfect. The hotel has a very nice spa with a small swimming pool ( a bit too small for my taste). But the best thing was actually the amazing lake really close the hotel which was very nice. I will defiantly return. ”

”Upea hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta, erinomainen aamupala! Erityiskiitos joustavuudesta. Saavuimme myöhään, ja automme ei katolla olevan suksiboksin vuoksi mahtunut parkkihalliin. Ystävällinen henkilökunta järjesti meille paikan bussiparkista hotellin edestä, eikä meidän tarvinnut enää lähteä etsimään parkkipaikkaa.”

”Hotelli oli siisti ja loistavalla sijainnilla. Palvelu hotellissa ei ollut erityisen mieleenpainuvaa. Hotelli sijaitsee vanhassa kaupungissa, keskellä kävelykatuja, mikä hankaloittaa pysäköintiä ja autolla liikkumista. Henkilökunta osoittaa kyllä hotellin läheltä parkkihallin, mutta unohtivat kertoa miten sieltä pääsee ajamaan pois. Nimittäin kaikki tiet ovat päivisin suljettuja. Aamiainen ala carte -tyylinen ja aika tyyris suhteessa kokonaisuuteen mitä ainakin meille tarjottiin. ”

”Very nice spa hotel 15 minutes drive from Wismar. -Unfortunately, there is no public transportation to mention, which means that You have to have car of Your very own. Very silent surroundings with nice ways to have a walk. Fast internet. Most of the customers seems to be elderly people, but because of the surroundings this hotel is also good for families with childrens and pets. However, because of the location this hotel is OK also for businesstravellers. Excellent restaurant with reasonable...

”A pleasant stay but the service was unpolite from 2 different receptionists. Maybe there was a language barrier or non-german customers were not allowed here. I would have expected better service. The pool area was quite small but renovated. The gym was also small but functional. Rooms were spacious. Some problems with getting cold drinking water from the water tap. Overall I would recommend the hotel.”
