The Space:

Welcome to Lazy Bear Lodge, an expansive mountain retreat designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, accommodating up to 16 guests. Ideal for multi-family gatherings or retreats, this pet-friendly lodge offers multiple common areas and a private suite.



- Great Room: Features a cozy, wood-burning stone fireplace and large windows framing stunning mountain views, bathed in beautiful natural light.

- Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped chef's kitchen invites you to create culinary delights. The oversized convertible pool table transforms into a large dining table, creating an incredible gathering space for shared meals and group gatherings. After dinner, it can easily be converted back for a friendly game.

- Entertainment: For endless fun, the game room is complete with a pool table, foosball, and air hockey.

- Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to your private outdoor oasis featuring a hot tub for relaxation, a gas grill for cookouts, and a firepit for making memories under the stars.

- Bedrooms & Private Suite: Each bedroom is a serene retreat designed for ultimate relaxation. The private suite includes its own convenient kitchenette, offering extra privacy.

- Conveniences: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available, perfect for longer stays. Families will appreciate thoughtful touches, including children's books and toys, a crib, and a Pack ’n play/Travel crib.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire Lazy Bear Lodge and all its private amenities, including:

- Private hot tub

- Game room with pool table, foosball, and air hockey

- Outdoor spaces with gas grill and firepit

- Complimentary WiFi



Guests also have access to resort amenities such as a shared heated outdoor pool (year-round recreation)



Entry is simple and secure with a keyless lock; a unique, timed access code will be provided to you before your arrival.

A car is recommended to get the most out of your trip. We do have shuttle services recommendations in the guidebook.



Other Things to Note:

Our lodge is part of a Homeowners Association with long-term residents who cherish the peaceful environment. Please be considerate of our neighbors regarding outside noise, as sound can carry across the golf course.



To help maintain a peaceful environment, this home is equipped with a decibel monitor. Please note, this is not a recording device and respects your privacy; it only measures volume levels to alert us if noise becomes excessive. For security there are also exterior cameras.

- Trailers, RVs, boats, and recreational vehicles are not permitted to park at the property. Please contact us if you need assistance with alternate arrangements.

- Commercial activity including filming are not permitted.

- Dogs are welcome with an applicable pet fee. Cats are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

We aim to provide a seamless and private experience for our guests. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via phone or message to answer any questions, offer recommendations, or assist with any needs that may arise.
