”This was my second time staying here and the Staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable with great a.c and the best part after working night shift was coming back for a hot breakfast before going to bed.”

”Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!”

”I loved this hotel, especially for the cost per night. The breakfast buffet was great with tons of options, like a full-service restaurant. The front desk staff were amazing and the customer service was on point. They have a small laundry room and vending area, and everything is functional. The small gym is a little dated, but it is usable. The parking garage is great, too. I will definitely stay here again when I come to St. Louis!”

”The whole place was dirty and not maintained. There was no breakfast. Staff was rude and not at all helpful. Way overpriced. Stay literally anywhere else.”

”Honestly I was surprised at how clean and nice it was, the room was clean and bed comfortable decently maintained with an a.c that worked, could have used a decent comfortable chair instead of the single school cafeteria type the room had. I paid for early check and when I got to the motel at 11am I was informed that they had no rooms available until 2 or 3pm so that was a waist but overall I was pleasantly surprised by how decent my stay was.”

”Okay option if you need to save money, but go somewhere else if you can. Bad area, outdated, door had to be leaned against to fully shut to be able to lock, sink bathroom sink leaking below the counter. Positives: nice staff, clean”

”We were in room#133. The room was very dank, moist and musty smelling. We paid over $400 for 2 nights and it was not clean. (I’ll attach pictures). The headboard was dirty, the lamps were dirty.. the toilet got plugged up and we only went pee. When we complained and asked for another room.. They made us a key for a room someone else was staying in! So because they were sold out..we went back to the musty room.. the kitchen floor was slippery.. it was just really bad, which is sad because we...
