”We love staying there, but it's only about 2 or 3 years since the stayed there. This visit The TV was busted, the shower curtain wasn't working.There was just so many little things in the room that could have been fixed.We were a little disappointed. I just feel like the hotel just needs a little bit of sprucing up or a makeover. But the staff are always lovely and the rooms are always clean.”

”Super close to the facility I needed to be at early the next morning. Easy parking. Clean. Friendly staff. We had a small kitchen to use.”

”The staff were friendly. The room and bathroom were worn and need to be updated but they were clean which is what I cared most about as we were only staying overnight. The hotels are overpriced so the motel was the best choice if you are price conscious. Still overpriced though since it has no amenities and parking is extra. Should include parking and that would be beneficial. Location - close to every thing”

”Never again, room smelled like a mixture dogfood, mold and cigarette.. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat, a tissue stuck to the wall from a previous guest. The AC unit had a large gap over it that let in bugs. Greasy smudges on furniture likely left by previous guest that hadn't been cleaned. And the towels left in the room were very old and raggedy. The staff seemed pretty nice and the bed/bedding was decent.”

”Our room was on a ridge and directly faced Lock 7, which was just across the Welland Canals Parkway. From our balcony, we were treated to a truly excellent view of the ships and pleasure boats navigating between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. They were simply amazing in both size and number, including Lakers and Salties -- a variety of bulk carriers and cargo ships -- even a "Frankenship"! Our overnight stay demonstrated the importance of the Seaway system and the supply chains that depend on...
