”Made our annual trip and stay at Riveredge for Memorial Day weekend. Room was ready upon check in just before 4pm. Stayed on the 4th floor Queen Room with Jacuzzi Loft. Though the resort is aging I love its vintage charm and the balcony with view of Boldt Castle and St Lawrence River! If you are looking for Five stars and modern hotel this is not it. But if you are looking for a great hotel with character multiple restaurants, bar, tiki with live music and events, this is definitely the spot!...

”Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful.”

”My friends and I just had the most incredible weekend stay at The Roxy Hotel. Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. ”

”Everyone we met from the staff was polite and accommodating. We parked right by the room. We had some much needed coffee and tea in the morning. It was a very relaxing place and we couldn't have been happier with all we found.”

”Very nice concept but needs upgrading especially bathroom. No one was there in office to check me out and.no one answered when I call at check out time. Had to leave keys in room. Beautiful location near the lake.”
