# 304 Beachfront One: 50 metriä vettä ja suoraan vastapäätä Mayon uimarantaa, kävelee kaikkeen (ranta, kaupunki, ravintolat)! Classic Cape Cod charmia odottaa sinua tässä makeassa mökissä veteen. Unit smelled musty mildewy and damp.Parking space did not accomodate a full size pickup truck.Coffee maker only brewed luke warm coffee..had to micro wave every cup.Mattress is master was very uncomfortable.Not enough 3 prong plugs to accommodate electrics. No curtains in unit, mini blinds broken or ill fitting in windows.A/c units were so loud you could hardly sleep.The furniture was nasty old tag sale furniture.The large burner on the stove top did not work.There was a large crack in the front door so you could see outside from inside. The front door was actually an interior door not an exterior door.The bunk room was uninhabitable. So stinky smelly of mold and mildew no matter how much heat or a/c you used in that room.Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling.

Great location in Wellfleet! Mayo Beach is steps away and we enjoyed walking to the Bookstore for dinner. Parts of the cottage are a bit dated, but otherwise the small cottage worked well.

We absolutely loved this quaint cottage with a beautiful view and great location. We enjoyed walking to dinner and watching a sunset on the beach. The sunrise was amazing as well! Definitely coming back.

It would have been nice to check in before 4. Fyi, thermostat does not control fireplace heater. Rain comes in through master bedroom window. Grill is propane, not charcoal as described. Clothesline would have been handy. Two garbage cans in kitchen but only one trash bin outside; no instructions for what to do with recycling or deposit containers. We were very comfortable and hope to return

The location is fantastic. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beaches. Cottage is rustic but comfortable. Easy to access and friendly. Told them the blinds were broken in one bedroom and they offered to come out right away. Wasn’t necessary and wasn’t urgent, just more of an FYI to fix for the next guests but was nice that they offered to come fix it right away. Again the location is wonderful.

Loved our stay. The cottage provided everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. Communication through their portal was a bit onerous and sometimes didn't work. Responses were slow.

Cute little cottage across from Mayo beach. Very attentive property management company with multiple checkins and follow up. Had issue with tv and fireplace and they came that day and fixed. Would rent from Del Mar again!

This rental was beautiful and an amazing location, so close to the water and town! Check in was easy and convenient. The only thing that we were uncertain on based on the listing was what to bring for the kitchen since cooking utensils weren’t mentioned in the listing. Our unit did not have a cutting board which we would have brought had we known.

The location near the beach and Wellfleet Pier was fantastic, especially with a 3 month old. We reported an issue with the door being broken and they had someone out very quickly to repair the problem.

Overall, we were satisfied with this property. It was more worn than the pictures indicated and could definitely use a few more pictures on the walls, but it had everything we needed and was clean. Some of the furniture has been replaced (there is now just a loveseat-type sofa in the living room and three chairs). The fireplace wouldn't ignite and we called Del Mar repeatedly about it, but they were never able to get someone over to fix it. That was a shame since it was quite chilly and rainy at times. There was an electric heater, though. The photos show a night table and lamp in the room with the single bed; that is now gone and should be replaced. Another picture should be added to the listing to show the bedroom with two beds--it's a full-size bed on the bottom with a single on top. We weren't really prepared for bunk beds! The location is great--right across from a quiet Bay beach and within walking distance of town.
