”Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations.”

”Nice quiet location in Wellfleet harbor. Enjoyed the sunset views and the tides coming in and out, saw some seals and my baby enjoyed collecting shells on the sand. The home itself is old and vintage for sure which I understand, but needs a deep cleaning and new coats of paint on everything which left the appearance of some areas a bit off-putting and neglected. We did have to bring our own sheets and towels which was fine but did take a lot of space in luggage so be aware of that policy- I...

”We love staying at Dune Crest! The staff (notably Trinidad) are exceptionally friendly, Helen in reception is an absolute gem - her warmth and humor always makes us feel so welcome and at home.

”They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time...
