As a result the pool area and common area were not usable and there was no breakfast provided. Had i know about the renovations, i probably would have passed. ”

”If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. ”

”We had a good stay at the Best Western Independence Kansas City location. -Ms. Katie was awesome. She made check-in super easy after a long drive, she was very helpful with getting us extra towels, and re-programing our key card when it no longer worked for our room. -The breakfast attendant (Sorry, I didn't get her name) that was working Sunday morning made us fell welcomed by engaging in small talk with us.
