It could use some updating but for the reason we were there it worked well. The host was very nice and responded to any questions quickly. If you are looking for a place without any bells and whistles, then this place will be a great choice! There is a pool for use, but we ended up not using. The only complaint that I have is the shower did not have great...

”Location, location - this property definitely has it. Our host Denise was very accommodating, accessible and promptly responded to any of our needs. Property is less than a 5 minute walk to one of Boca's many beautiful beaches and parks. Down the street are local restaurants and shoppes and downtown Boca is a short drive or walk away. The property was very clean throughout and included everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. Gas grill and outside sitting area a bonus, we used frequently....
