”Checked in late, tired from travel only to have our room smell like smoke. They offered to "fog" it with an odor killer that kills cigarette and marijuana smell. No other rooms available. We quickly went to sleep and left immediately in the morning. Room was dusty and hair all over bathroom floor. I'm not usually one to write reviews but this time around I was really not impressed.”

”The person who check me in was great. However the morning staff this Sunday was extremely rude. It was 11:08am and I got a knock on the door. The staff at the front desk told me to grab my stuff and get out. I informed them that I was in the bathroom and will leave when I am finished. She was hostile and disrespectful. When I walked out she gave me a dirty look that made me feel unwelcomed.”

”Rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal hotel quality and opened early. Plenty of parking, even with a boat. The hotel was completely full do to a kids baseball tournament. The room we were assigned was next to pool so sleep was optional. The only down side.”

”Pluses: Check in process was quick & easy. The breakfast was excellent. Conveniently located right off the interstate. Deltas: We stayed in a suite with a foldout couch. There was no bedding in the room to be found. My wife went down to the desk to get bedding, but they didn't give her a pillow. Another trip down when the bedding should have been in the room already. It's the only reason we booked this room & it became a headache for us.”

”We were really surprised how quiet the rooms are with the airplanes coming in for landing constantly over the motel. The motel was clean and staff was friendly.”

”The staff was really nice and helpful but the property needs some TLC. The cable and internet was down. The floors in the room was dirty/dusty but the bed was comfortable.”

”It wasn't bad for a quick overnight crash out place. You kind of sink in the middle of the beds. From what I can tell it was clean enough. I didn't stick around for breakfast and I didn't really interact with any of the employees but overall it served its purpose. Definitely nothing fancy or luxurious.”

”My Business partner and I had a wedding close by and decided to drive down the night before. There were no hotels close by and we were desperate for something closer. We are Gypsy Hair Guru, a traveling hair and makeup team that specializes in weddings. Urstad accomadated our late arrival and our early departure. I told them not to worry about breakfast because we were leaving at 6:30am and they still brewed fresh coffee and put out a delicious blueberry muffin bread that was amazing. Thank you...

”You could never find some someone to help you the didn’t have. Hot tub like they said they do pool was not very clean. No towels.”
