”Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But the outdoors needs work. Positive: -Easy Check-in, they even let us arrive an hour early. -Inside was clean, inviting and stocked with towels.-Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except sharp knives, but I picked up a sharpener and left it for the next guests. -The indoor space was as described. -The outside front porch was cleanNegative: -The "Steps" to the dock are a huge accident waiting to happen. The rocks are loose and there are no longer steps...

”We had a great time in our lake-side vacation. 7 adults were able to spread out in the spacious house. The beach had plenty of room for swimming and we used all 4 available kayaks. There was also plenty of dry wood for fires on the beach. One kitchen was large enough to cook for several people and was fully stocked. Built more than 100 years ago, you see hand-hewn beams supporting the second floor, floors made up of varying-width boards, rooms large enough for their intended purpose without empty space. We were both intrigued and overwhelmed by the vast differences in home building then and now. That era saw families and neighbors coming together to fill a need. Everyone pitched in, bringing whatever expertise they had, to get the job done. All of the basics are provided,...
