1. Spacious 3 bedroom home in Baldwin City, great for families & friends!

”Initially, when we arrived, the property looked unkempt. The “grass” had not been mowed. The front door jam (metal part) was pulling away from the base, which could have been a hazard to a younger child. When we walked in, the house smelled like sewer…BAD! Most all of the windows were dirty (cobwebs, dirt, handprints, etc). There were...

”What a beautiful home! My family really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful little retreat. This home has a natural relaxing feeling due to the amazing lake view from the large deck. The rooms and amenities are laid out perfectly and make the home feel extremely comfortable. My son and I enjoyed using the kayaks out on the lake, and my wife and I enjoyed morning coffee with the cool morning breeze off of the lake. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the...

”When we first pulled up to the house I worried that we might have made a mistake by booking this place. The outside looks a bit rough. But you can’t judge a book by its cover. The house was bright, clean and nicely updated. There were lots of comfortable spaces for my husband, two corgis and me to relax and unwind in. Even though it was nearly 100 degrees outside, the house was mercifully cool thanks to central air conditioning. I went to the nearby grocery store to pick up some supplies and in...

”We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Kansas City area. The home was spotless when we arrived, beautifully decorated, and felt welcoming from the moment we walked in.The host was excellent—very communicative and thoughtful.
