We had a wonderful one-day stay at this property as a family of four, including two kids. To our pleasant surprise, the owner upgraded us to a larger room than we originally booked — a thoughtful and generous gesture that we truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, after checking out, we realized that our kids had left behind their two Kindle Fire tablets in the room. By the time we discovered it, we were already too far away to return. We immediately contacted the property owner, who was incredibly understanding and went out of his way to help. Not only did he promptly agree to send the tablets back via priority mail, but when the package was returned the first time due to an address issue, he made the effort to re-send it again — without any hesitation.
This level of kindness and customer care is rare. Thanks to his help, our kids were thrilled to be reunited with their tablets. We’re deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay with genuine hospitality and integrity.
