I really don’t appreciate waiting 20 minutes to check in. The hotel is dead, I had to look for a worker to check me in. It’s very frustrating and annoying when you come from driving somewhere far. Other than that, this hotel is in a good spot. I don’t appreciate a man smoking cigs infront of our room. It was very disturbing to my family.

The service staff at the front desk was friendly and exact. The outside of the building was recently repainted but the inside has old and dated carpet and decor. It’s ok for the price we paid.

The Wenatchee Red Lion worked out great for us. It was near the ball field that our tournament was being played at. They offered a $7 breakfast buffet that was well worth the money. All of the help was friendly and helpful. If we go back we would stay there again.

Most answers were middle because I didn’t spend much time in the hotel. The room was clean but also had obvious mold starting in the bathroom (above the toilet) and places where water had come in from the ceiling (old marks coming down the walls, again above the toilet)

It shouldn't advertise a lounge since it hasn't had one since Covid. The hair dryer didn't work and the water in the shower was up to our ankles when we used it in the morning....kind of unsanitary to have water around our ankles from I don't know how long before we stayed. The people at the reception area were friendly.

Web site said you had a restaurant but when I arrived I was told it had been shut down since CoVid. Also my deck was coated in bird dropping so I was not able to have my veranda doors open.

I typically stay here every year when I come to town. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very easy to locate ample parking . Breakfast is very good.

Clean property but older building. Our room did not have the basic bathroom necessities when we checked in luckily we brought our own. If you wait too late in the evening to ask for extra blankets or pillows the housekeeping staff will have already left for home so you are at the mercy of whatever the front desk has available. The breakfast is standard eggs bacon biscuits gravy bagels cereal and yogurt. Good deal since it’s free with your stay.
