”Overall it was a great place to stay the only thing we thought would have been nicer if the grass was cut but other then that it was a great place to stay”

”When I first opened the door there was a dead roach near the welcome mat. We had arrived late afternoon after 8 hour drive. The rest of us arrived about 10 pm. We had an early day planned leaving at 7:30 the next am for graduation at 9:00. Four adults who needed showers. NO HOT WATER anywhere in house. Another dead roach in kitchen. I began calling and texting host a little after 6:00 am leaving multiple messages and trying to reach by phone but only getting answering machine with Message...

There was literal condensation on tables and floors. Our bedding and clothes felt damp. The artificial scent things were overwhelming - I had to place one in the closet and...

”Clean place, easy location to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and host very responsive.”

”The place was cute and clean! Beds were comfortable and clean, more than enough room for me and a couple of my friends to have a fun weekend. There is another rental in the garage of the house, but we never came into contact with them other than seeing their cars in the driveway. Would stay here again when I’m back in town!”

”The property was very clean and set up for a pleasant stay. They host communicated timely and the location was close to downtown and some great restaurants”

”Property was very clean and luxurious definitely recommend to book this property bc I will definitely be back every time I’m in the Raleigh area had a great time there super nice !”

”We stayed here for an event downtown. Check-in was very easy and the host communicated well. This house was in a good location for downtown events, about a mile. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, like spotless. Whoever is cleaning this place deserves 5 stars. The backyard was nice because we had dogs. Also it was great this property allowed 3 dogs as we always have difficulty traveling with 3 dogs. The main negative though was the smell in the house. Obviously this is a flip and it...
