There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm, but a continuous topper. Please bring a fitted sheet 180x200) and the other two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna.

On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times.

Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free car parking space and a lockable bicycle shed in the immediate vicinity of the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea. Whether it is mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season.

The Wendtorf Marina is undergoing a transformation, so construction work is possible in the area, although this has already been largely completed. The adventure promenade was recently opened directly at the harbor. The "Ahoi - Steffen Henssler" restaurant now takes care of your physical well-being and you can find delicious refreshments in the neighboring ice cream parlor. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
