This beautifully furnished vacation home offers you the comfortable living space you need for a relaxing vacation across two floors.

On the first floor, you’ll find a high-quality kitchenette with a solid natural stone countertop, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, and an oven.
The modern living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a dining area for four people, invites you to relax while enjoying the view of the beautiful garden. Entertainment in the living room is provided by a 43-inch (109 cm) LED flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a radio with Bluetooth connectivity, and free Wi-Fi.

Relaxing outdoors is made possible on the south-facing terrace in a comfortable beach chair (approx. April–October) or on one of the other seating or lounging areas. The first floor is completed by the modern guest restroom, which opens off the hallway.

The room in the basement, featuring a double bed (L 200 x W 180 cm), a 43-inch (109 cm) LED flat-screen TV, and ample storage space, ensures a comfortable night’s sleep during your vacation. The basement features a shower room and an additional restroom, each located in separate rooms. The shower room is equipped not only with a rain shower but also with a washer-dryer for longer stays. For our younger guests, a travel crib (L 120 x W 60 cm) and a high chair are also provided.

Of course, a parking space is available in front of the residence.

This is a non-smoking apartment. However, pets are welcome.
