On the first floor, the front door opens into a small hallway. From here, you can access:

A balcony door leads from the bedroom to the furnished northeast-facing balcony, which offers space for three people and where you can enjoy the morning sun until late morning.

Bathroom: Bright and modern bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet.

An easily accessible staircase with a handrail leads to the second floor and directly into an open and well-equipped kitchen, which adjoins a comfortable living and dining area: A cozy sofa area with a TV and a seamless transition to the inviting dining area.

Behind the house is a large communal garden with a big sandbox for children to play in and concrete-set bike racks for parking bicycles.
