The 3-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and top floor. From the apartment’s hallway, you can access the bright living and dining area, which features a comfortable couch, TV, and dining area. The adjacent open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a filter coffee maker. From the living and dining area, you have access to the balcony, which features patio furniture and a traditional Sylt beach chair. Also on the first floor of the vacation apartment is one of the two bedrooms (double bed, 140x200 cm) with a TV and the bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the attic, which features a bedroom (double bed 180x200 cm) and a TV. There is also a separate guest restroom with a toilet here. The vacation rental includes a free parking space. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. The vacation rental is equipped with a washing machine.
