À notre départ, je n’arrivais pas à comprendre ma facture, ils avaient fait une erreur, ils ont finalement appelé quelqu’un qui parlait français et ils ont soustrait ce montant de ma facture. Mais au moment de me lever, et de quitter une dame assis au bureau de l’entrée, une grande dame...

”Beautiful property, quiet, clean room with the most comfortable bed. Room needs updated though. Toilet ran, sink would clog, paint chipping in bathroom and fireplace didn't have gas turned on. The only other complaint was missing staff at front desk on the only day we went to the office. People waiting to check in but no staff around for at least a half hour. Housekeepers don't speak English so they weren't helpful. Not sure I'd stay there again. The price was a little high for the room not...

”The room was very clean and comfortable, the pillows and bed were likewise comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very good. The only things that we missed were laundry facilities (we drove to Gorham, about 8 miles away) to use a laundromat. We also wished there was a microwave in the room. Overall though we enjoyed our stay, it is a great hotel.”

”Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms. Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room. 10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets.”

”Beautiful setting at the foot of a granite cliff. Also operates as a golf course clubhouse, and offers a free 9 holes with the room. Dining room has a great view and has a country club feel. Nice property and well appointed rooms with tasteful furnishings.”
