”Wonderful stay, host quickly responded to any questions. Rooms were comfortable and clean, plenty of household items available. Perfect location for access to activities.”

”We could not ask for better communication between us and the host prior to our weekend! Once we got there, the place was spotless and there was plenty of space for the nine of us! The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The deck has a beautiful view of the sunset, even better views from the dock! And the area was just so nice and quiet, exactly the weekend we were hoping The climb down and back from the dock could be a little steep, but doable. Once down there, the water is crystal...

”Great location — we were able to see everything we wanted and explore the area easily. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was that the living room and dining room blinds didn’t go all the way down, but the host was very responsive and wasn’t aware of it until we mentioned it. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.”

”Fantastic cabin with plenty of room for two families, with multiple hang out rooms, kids had a movie downstairs, adults upstairs, great open concept, plenty of bathrooms and beds, easy serving kitchen, close to Waterville with access to the community center, pools and arcade were a big hit! Host is extremely responsive, which is extremely helpful!”

”Roar and Rest Retreat was a wonderful place to stay! The location is great, very convenient to Lincoln, Franconia, and the Kancamagus Hwy. The house was very clean, and beautifully and comfortably decorated. There were lots of "extras" that we appreciated including water and snacks, extra towels, well-equipped coffee bar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer, tissue boxes, napkins, and games, toys and books. The light switches were all labeled which was super helpful. There was...
