”A couple of the lights in our room did not work. The HVAC controller on the unit was dismantled. We figured out that the heat/ac was controlled by a wall thermostat. But, when they dismantled the controls on the unit itself, they might have left a note or sign. I just knew to look on the wall.
Also, the refrigerator did not have a freezer. When we travel from Florida to head north for the summer, we typically need a freezer to at least refreeze the ice packs for our coolers.”

”First of all , when I got there I was told that I did not have a reservation there but I had one confirmed on expedia. Then I was told that someone else had checked in under my name but my credit card was not used. I was given another reservation. The room was clean but had many issues. The air conditioner did not work and the drain in the sink did not drain well. There was damage to the floor . walls and bathroom door. The luggage rack was broken as was a curtain. We did not eat breakfast there...

”Due to the delay of an AA flight, we did not connect to the flight from CLT. To JAN. Had to find a hotel for one night at the last minutes. Sheraton airport hotel seems to be the right choice. However the pool was closed in the morning. Although the bed is comfortable but the room is dark, furniture’s are outdated. Overall needs renovations.”
