”I booked a room at the New Sea Breeze Motel last evening and I cannot believe that you have this place as an option. I have photos to share if you'd like. My room was next to a dumpster. The room was in horrible condition. The floor was dirty and gritty. The bathroom sink had dirt on it which I assume came from the bathroom fan thar was caked with dust. ”First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one
We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler
They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler
They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel

”The room was large and very clean. The heat / ac unit was on the louder side but worked. Huge shower with ample hot water. The property is in an excellent location right off of the boardwalk. There were 2 in room refrigerators available and a microwave. The main issue is the parking lot. It’s tiny and if full impossible to get in and out of.”

”Check in was very convenient. Room is impeccably cleaned. Beds comfortable. Only complaint is the intermittent air conditioning, which woke us up as the bed is right under. Being able to put it on fan/uninterrupted mode would have been great. Otherwise, nice place and great value. ”

”I booked this room for my weekend trip to Atlantic City but Booking this room was the worst idea ever. Room was very dirty and it was not livable. They’re charging around $180 - $200 for the filthy room. Bathroom were not not clean, toilet seat was broken, bathtub tap was continuously flowing. Room carpet was dirty.
We asked to change the room, staff tried to give us another room. That was a little better but not up to the mark.
I would recommend spend a little more and good book Hotel.
