”Lovely cabin right on the water, spacious and airy. Well furnished and nice nautical touches. Bed very comfortable, kitchen well enough equipped for meal prep. We enjoyed watching the ever changing light, tides, birdlife in this peaceful waterside spot.”

”My sister and I stayed here this weekend and what a beautiful spot. So convenient to the CBD but also right in the thick of it on Ponsonby Rd with loads of cafes and shops around. We were concerned about being on main road and traffic noise but slept like babies! The allows are amazing. Wonderful place, great trip and will definately book to stay here again. Thanks”

”If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower then this is the place for you. The only thing I wish there was a seat somewhere. It’s not that comfortable to sit on beds with a coffee and biscuit, and watch TV, for longer periods. Great stay otherwise.”

”A small unit but had everything I needed. The booking process was far more onerous than I’ve encountered before. The location was excellent for my course that I was attending, and there is an excellent deli at the end of the street.”

”You will be part of a household with kids and hardly any privacy. This is acknowledged by the owners and he too is happy for me to get a refund, but expedia is nit rwacting to thus request.”

”The location is close to the Town and ferries. Very quiet. Would have loved a little kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities in our room. Hosts David and Tracy were fabulous very knowledgeable about the area.”

”部屋はもちろん、リビングトイレなどの共有スペースの掃除をしてくれない、バスタオルやキッチンタオルの洗濯もしてくれないなど不衛生でストレスフルでした。あきらめて自分で洗った方がましと洗い、指示された場所に干したらバスタオルが戻ってこなかったり、服はスプリンクラーでびしょ濡れにされありなど本当に困りました。驚き嘆く私達に「自動のスプリンクラーなのよ」と笑って言われたことに、本当に腹が立ちました。 エアコンもないため、窓を空けて出かけてましたが、夕方帰ると、カビ臭い匂いがしてきました。気分が悪くなり、他のホテルに移りたいと申し出ても、「移るのはどうぞ、返金はしません」という対応で、本当にストレスフルでした。 ”

”Sadly not so good, convenient spot. This is a Hostel, own bedroom, but share kitchen/combined seating area, and bathroom with strangers. Tiny, not big enough for Hostel. Certainly not clear on Adverts. Everyone who came said the same, very unclear. Not cleaned, old dirt. no loo paper. Bins overflowing, outdoor verandah dirty overgrown. Very big family from overseas there when I arrived, also in my room? Supposed to be 2 per room. If advertised as a single B&B and cleaned, ok, but not good at...

”Property is what we needed during our 2 night stay in Auckland, it was tidy and clean. The pictures made it look like it was its own house, but it is situated on the bottom floor of the main house towards the back. Good communication with the property manager. Would recommend”

”Mukava huoneistohotelli sopivalla sijainnilla. Aucklandin keskusta kävelyetäisyydellä, jos ei ylämäki haittaa tahtia. Samoin lentokenttäbussilla pääsee lähes hotellin viereen. Wifi ei maailman paras eikä rajaton muuta kuin lisämaksusta, se hieman harmitti.”
