We had two little girls with us, who loved the flowers growing in the yard, and creek. It seemed as if all the furnishings were new, or nearly new, and the only negatives that I might mention, were that our bed was ultra firm ( a little too firm for me) . Large basement rental with large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Plenty of TVs too! Being a basement rental, I could hear the family walking around upstairs so keep that in mind if it bothers you. Private gated entrance, nice patio, and private entrance to basement.
