”I would love to rent again. The space was enough for the number of guests allowed. Enclosed porch, deck, grill, and fire pit by the water were used daily. Water level is great for kids and water toys like floats and paddle boards. If it’s windy the water might be a little choppy but nothing major. Great view of the sun setting over the mountains. I really enjoyed my stay. ”

”We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. ”

”We enjoyed our stay at Eidelweiss. The house was perfect for me and my adult son. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the grill because it was very dirty and rusty looking. But the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. It is a very quiet area. And close to little pea porridge pond which is so nice to swim in.”

”We loved our stay at the cabin. Our baby adored the swing-set in the yard and the house had all of the comforts of home while still feeling rustic and like we were in the woods (exactly the vibe we hoped for). The golf cart was super fun and Beach 5 was close by and possibly the best beach on the island. The house was nicer than the photos. Carol was very responsive and helped us troubleshoot an issue. We love Frye Island and we will be back!”

”Kyle’s cabin is in an ideal location right on the Crooked River. It’s just five minutes from Sebago Lake State Park, where we took full advantage of the boat ramp and beach several times during our stay. The cabin is also conveniently close to the Naples Causeway, which offers a great variety of restaurants, shops, and fun activities for all ages. ”
