Beautiful property with lots of amenities, but truly my favorite part was waking up and walking immediately onto the beach front. We chartered a boat on MD to go to Sting Ray City, and they pulled right up to the dock at the house to pick us up and they dropped us off there too, so convenient! I emailed Craig and in less than 2 minutes, Roy was at the front door with the screwdriver.. ”We truly enjoyed our stay and thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling right outside the unit, a beautiful playground. The unit was well described and has everything you will need. Rum Point and Kaibo Bay are very convenient and have all the water activities, so you don’t have to travel to 7 mile beach. We took the water ferry from Kaibo to Camana Bay for dinner in George Town and enjoyed the ride and the full moon over the water. Would definitely stay here again!”

Positioned between Rum Point and 7 mile beach it gave us the ability to enjoy the entire Cayman island instead of just one small portion of it. ”This was our second property we stayed at while on holiday on Cayman. Property management company provided the wrong house number on their check in documents. We were able to locate the home by googling/mapping it ourselves. Communication with property managers was non existent via telephone. ”For starters the island is incredible. We loved the animal life, snorkeling opportunities, and general relaxed "island-time" feel. Our 3 kids loved searching for hermit crabs and swimming in the pool during downtime at the house. We loved the quieter northside of the island where this house is. ”We had a group of 18 family members celebrating Thanksgiving at Seascape Villa for a week. Ages 5-73. The home is beautiful and you will not find a better location! The private beach area is perfect and idyllic. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out in the house and breathtaking views from every room and level. ”This place was great. It has a great location, super easy private beach access walking distance to super market. The place was very spacious great for families. Very well stocked for those traveling with little ones they had a high chair and pack-play. One of the bathrooms had a 2-1 seat where they had a potty seat for the kids. Everything was high end.
