”This place was great for our group of 4 young ski families. There was enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably and the in-law unit above the garage offered a quieter space to escape for a bit. The drive to Sunday River was an easy 10min, and the 3 car garage allowed all of us to park (and recharge) our cars easily. The driveway was in great condition and had been plowed thoroughly, so no one had trouble getting in or out. Happy we stayed here and would definitely return in the future...

”I stayed here with my 8 year old grandson. We were comfortable and felt safe. I was concerned before I got there about feeling safe. The treehouse is up the hill from the office and the owners live there by the office and work hard at keeping the property safe and well groomed. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable.”

”We really enjoyed our stay in the summertime. The area was so quiet and peaceful; almost no traffic. The house was very clean and “modern”. Decorated nicely. There wasn’t much in the kitchen to help with cooking but that was fine because we were attending a wedding. ”The house was perfect and made our 3 day stay terrific. We had 4 people and 2 dogs for our stay. The fenced in yard was great and the property was large and private on a quiet road just outside the center of Bethel. We visited the area and ate meals around town. The house rental could not have been easier, got the code to unlock before arriving and had no issues. There were plenty of towels and we did our laundry while there to make our arrival ho.e easier. ”The Host exceeded all expectations for our stay. We were greeted at her lovely home with hand/toe warmers and smores makings! She even delivered a beautiful (and yummy) charcuterie box for us the second day. She communicated with us everyday to make sure everything was perfect. She had great suggestions for where to park at Sunday River and made sure we knew when the plow truck was coming so it didn’t interfere with our plans. We will definitely come back next year for more ski fun!!!”

”Our first rental cancelled a month before our Saturday, and luck was with us when the previous renters for this house cancelled and we were able to snag it! The kitchen is probably the best we've been able to get. We are a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone. 2 fridges is brilliant! ”This house was a perfect get-away! We travelled as two families of 4. The house acommodated us very well and the views of Papoose Pond were incredible. The pond access allowed for a great swimming spot as well as a great place to fish. The owners were super helpful, by sending a bunch of information ahead of time as well as checking in mid-stay to see how we were doing. We took a canoe ride down the crooked river, as suggested by the owner and it was a blast. We would definitely recommend...
