”It was okay, nothing fancy.”

”This hotel s always clean and quiet. The staff is great and the shuttle runs right on schedule with great drivers. We use it to go to Mayo and after appointments we have never had to wait longer than 10 or 15 minutes for a pickup.”

”The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our room was clean and inviting. The bathroom in the room was disappointing. It looked like dirt or mold on the shower tile and around the door frame. There was only one small elevator. There were nice stairwells. The eating area had a bar. Decor was very nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay for the night.”

”the breakfast person didn’t show up but the desk clerk was more than helpful in getting everything we needed for breakfast.He was wonderful . the coffee was great. We have stayed here before. If you plan on doing laundry bring about $6 in quarters because they don’t have any change.”

”My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”

”We always stay at this hotel when we travel to JFK Nationals. We tried a few others but nothing else has ever compared especially for thw price.”

”The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was cold -- the heater was broken. Breakfast was good - pretty standard for a continental breakfast, but also had gluten-free muffins which were very appreciated by my son who has celiac disease.”

”I have stayed at Microtel's for years. This was by far the worst maintained that I have ever stayed at. The sheet rock corners were falling off, toilet was stained, room smelled of mold, window opened very hard, tub drain didn't work, carpet had shreds. Most of the night, people were talking loudly in the office waiting room outside my room door. I know one thing for sure, that I will never stay there again.”
