”Arrived at the property and it has closed for business leaving us stranded at the height of summer when everything is booked up. We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. Shocking behaviour!! Beware of booking here, need to take it from your website! Doing a chargeback with credit card.”
”Beautiful and immaculate room. Far exceeded my expectations. Staff super friendly and helpful especially considering we arrived very late after complications during our journey. Honestly felt like we were in a 5 star hotel, wish we could have stayed longer and hope to stay again.”

Would recommend calling them just before you get there as it can be difficult to find a parking space on the road

”A great breakfast, the room we had was next door to the two water heaters, making the room very hot indeed other than that a good stay and staff were very attentive, will definitely go again but not in the same room, breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal parking is good also with no extra charges.”
”A tired hotel that was quite remote. Rooms were very hot even with the windows open and were dated. The staff were very good and the meal we had from the daily restaurant menu was really delicious and of good quality. It was fine but wouldn’t return.”
